Cards - Tuesdays, 12:30 - 3:00pm  Join others for a game of cards at the Township Hall. At the Casco Township Hall, with coffee and refreshments. Newcomers are welcome.

Breathing with Barry! - Wednesdays 11:30 - 12:30  Join us for our newest class that will help keep your lungs strong as Barry, takes the group through a series of breathing exercises.

The lack of options for high-speed internet in the Casco area has led 3 local residents to become providers for a new fiber optic sourced option. Reasonably priced, unlimited access.

Zoning Administrator, Casco Township, Allegan County

Casco Township in southwest Allegan County is seeking candidates to fill the position of Zoning Administrator. The position is part time with higher activity during the summer season due to increased seasonal activity associated with its six miles of Lake Michigan Shoreline.


  • Public administration or Planning and Zoning
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Considerable knowledge of planning and zoning
  • Working knowledge of property development
  • Working knowledge of the government processes and services
  • Considerable ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both oral and in writing with state and federal agencies, private businesses, elected officials, potential developers, township staff, and the general public including formal presentations.

The Casco Township Tax Board of Review will hold its December meeting on Tuesday, December 11, at 2:00pm for correcting mutual mistakes of facts and clerical errors. The meeting will take place at the Casco Township Hall, 7104 107th Avenue, at the corner of 71st St.

The township will provide necessary and reasonable aids for disabled persons with sufficient notice to the Clerk, at 269-637-4441. 

Scrap Tire Collection

​The southwest Michigan Solid Waste Consortium has additional funding through MDEQ to host another tire collection event this year. Scrap tires can be dropped off on December 8th, at the Allegan County Human Services Building:
