​​Ready for a Game of Cards? 
Tuesdays, 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Join others for a game of cards at the Township Hall. Board games, card games, puzzles...organized around card tables in the Casco Township Hall. Newcomers are welcome. Sponsored by Casco Senior Services.​​​​​​

Casco Township Seniors (age 60+) and persons who care about seniors are invited to call our Casco Senior Care Program Staff and find out about available programs and services. You may also email the Staff at:

Many programs are available to Casco Township seniors, including home visits, exercise, crafts, educational programs, and the Casco Senior Luncheon. The Casco Senior Care Program is funded by a .25 millage.


Stop in Monday - Thursday  
​9:30 am to 1:30 pm 

(and Fridays when you're lucky)

Current services include:

  • Lending  collection of durable medical equipment - call if you are in need
  • Lending Library - we have a collection of books, puzzles, and games
  • Referrals to county-based resources
  • Home visits - please let Rachel or Susan know if you'd like or know someone who could benefit from a home visit
  • Social programs 
  • Educational workshops
  • Free tax assistance 
  • Information on medicare - we offer free consultation in the fall for those who would like help making decisions about their Medicare coverage

Nature Preserve Walks
Wednesdays, 11:30 am

Join us for a walk and brown bag lunch
Meet in the parking lot at the Casco Township Nature Preserve, on Blue Star Highway, just north of 107th Ave. (as weather permits)

​​Casco Seniors Exercise Class

Mondays & Thursdays, 10 a.m.
(followed by coffee) at 10:45 a.m.
These classes at the township hall, attended by men and women, are for balance and strength. Led by Athletic Trainer Susan Katt, the rigor of the class is nicely balanced by the fellowship over coffee when exercise concludes.
