The Board of Trustees of Casco Township, Allegan County, Michigan herewith gives NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING of the Casco Township Board of Trustees to be held at the following time and place for the purpose indicated below and any other necessary actions to comply with the Michigan Open Meetings Act.​
PLACE: Casco Township Hall 7104 107th Avenue, South Haven, Michigan 49090 

DATE: October 25, 2022  TIME: 6:00 PM EDST
PURPOSE: To meet with general and litigation counsel to discuss the pending litigation filed in Allegan County Circuit Court Case No. 22-65944-CE entitled Franklin and Sarah Sisson; Grzegorz Romanczuk and Marina Burkova v. Casco Township. It is anticipated that the Board of Trustees will entertain a motion to meet in closed session for its discussion with its counsel in accordance with the provisions of MCL 15.268(e). The Board may vote in open session after the termination of the closed session to accept or reject the recommendations of its counsel.

Officer Cano, our Casco Deputy Over 40 residents attended Deputy Cano’s first presentation on senior safety. On Monday, November 28 he will present the second in this series of presentations on senior safety. It will be at noon in the Township Hall and will be followed by a lunch of Sloppy Joes, chips, and other snacks. Please RSVP if you plan to attend to ensure we have adequate food for all.
