PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the items to be considered at said public hearing include the following:

​Gloria Matlin of south Haven, MI has petitioned for a front setback variance at 1198 Cherry Dr. (03-02-181-245-00). The request is for 15 feet of relief from required 25 feet front setback to construct a garage.
