SHAWSA (South Haven Area Water and Sewer Authority) is pleased to announce that at the April 28th meeting it was decided to reduce the Monthly Township debt retirement portion of Water and Sewer bills for Casco Township customers from $60 per month to $30 per month.  The Authority had
been tracking growth for a number of years and recently Casco's growth has exceeded projections.  In addition, the majority of the debt was refinanced resulting in significant interest savings. These changes will take effect July 1st 2020.

Until further notice, the steps at the park will be closed due to the high lake level, recent winds, and wave action.

The Allegan County Legal Assistance Center provides and supports committed volunteers to educate litigants with the appropriate legal processes and procedures, offer access to proper tools, and assist with paperwork, thereby, more effectively accomplishing justice for all.
